Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains what Project Pi Labs collects when you use Pi Lite, how we protect it, and what we never keep. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell your information.
1.What we collect
Wallet and validator data. Your wallet address, your validators' public keys, your hosting term and payments. Most of this is public on the PulseChain blockchain anyway.
Hosting. To run your validators we keep your keystore files and their password on our validator server, as every validator client must. They are sent to us sealed in your browser so that only that server can open them.
Pi Lite Home orders. Your name, email and shipping address. They are sealed in your browser before they leave it, with a key only we hold offline. Our servers store the sealed order and cannot read it. We open orders only to ship them and to email you about your order.
Technical data. Our servers see your IP address when you use the site, and use it briefly to limit abuse (rate limits). We do not use advertising trackers.
2.What we never keep
Your recovery phrase. When our key generator makes your keys, the phrase passes through the server's memory only; it is never written to disk or to any log, and it is deleted with the files after you download them. We cannot recover it, and we will never ask you for it.
We never ask for your wallet's private key or seed phrase. Every request you make to Pi Lite is a free message signature from your wallet.
3.Your browser
The site stores a few small notes in your browser only, such as whether you signed your wallet out, and payments or deposits you sent so a page reload never sends them twice. They stay on your device and you can clear them at any time.
4.How we use it
Only to run Pi Lite: to host and exit your validators, to check payments, to ship your order and email you about it, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
5.Who we share it with
Shipping carriers and shipping-label services get the name and address needed to deliver your order. We may share information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
6.How long we keep it
Order details: as long as needed to ship, handle returns or refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. Hosting records: while you host with us, and afterward as needed for accounting. Keystore files are removed from our validator client once your validators have exited.
7.Security
We seal sensitive data in your browser before it reaches us, limit who and what can open it, and keep our validator server closed to the internet except for what a validator needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that a breach of a public server exposes nothing readable.
8.Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it by law (for example, order records for taxes). Information already on the blockchain is public and cannot be deleted by anyone.
9.Children
Pi Lite is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10.Changes and contact
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date. Questions or requests: info@projectpi.xyz.
